Overhauled forks with bushings, seals, and 5W oil. Smoother than I remember; the bike has been down the last 3 months, spending all my riding time on the trials bike. Had to fix it for a BRP ride next weekend before a trials event. The event host is leading a ride on his FG800, hope we find some dirt along the way even if we send the HD guys home early.

At times I get around 60 mpg, when I am having fun. I like having the option to ride respectably and have the wrist control to do so.
I will not likely get 70mpg on my BRP ride next weekend unless I let the HD boys slow me down too much. Besides I'd feel bad if I make them crash
trying to keep up in the curves. Guess I will have to lead or follow a breakaway from the group. Maybe we will have some sport bikes, should be fun, not 70mpg. That is for commuting. If I had the money for N+1 bikes I would probably get a new NC750X DCT and get my kicks on the sumo KLX and my trials bike. Time and place for everything.

Recently installed new fork bushings with SKF green seals, and finally got new grips. So cheap and easy, why did I wait so long?
