Good job on the video. Although Deej is certainly not going to be pleased with all that dirt.

Well done! Just curious have you ever had to make an adjustment? If so when was the first?

Yeah, I changed out shims a few years ago... I did a write up on this forum. I will get the link later if you like. I believe it was around the 30,000 km mark

I like the old KZ street bikes. They had a shim tool that slipped in and lowered the shim bucket to swap out shim so you don't have to remove cam to change out shims, prolly still like that. I guess you have to pull the cam to swap these out on our bikes. Haven't done it yet on mine, checked and still good. I'm an old 2 stroke guy, this is my first thumper. Don't care much for them at all. Need to be street legal and can't afford the street legal euro 2 strokes. Hopefully soon though.

Yes, I would love to see your post on changing out the shims on this bike if you don't mind. I'd appreciate it. Sooner or later I'll need to do it.

I have a 3 gallon IMS plastic tank and my lower right tank bolt is stuck to threaded insert on tank so the insert let go and just spins. I have no idea how I'm going to get the tank off without cutting that right side bolt tab off the frame. I had a hard time removing my coil yesterday to top off the major electrical issue I'm having. When it rains, it pours.....lol

https://www.kawasakiforums.com/forum/klx-250s-71/2007-klx250-valve-clearances-shim-replacement-35136/

You will have to copy and paste the link... Can't do it properly from cell. (Phone that is... Not prison)
