Dan888 Thanks for the info but I believe you underestimate Grainger! Just because its not in our catalog or not in or "normal" breadth of items doesnt mean we cant get it.

They are specific but only to a point.. a broad, multi- bike point. I believe that a few bmw's that use the 7.48 shims.. As well as a number of kawasaki's honda's, suzuki's, yamaha's :P

When I went to the shop they had tons of different sizes and widths, and a pile of em in 7.48. They are the "smallest" shims according to the guy at the shop. Some of the shims were as big as watch batteries!
