TPS on 06-07 klx250s with MCM
Has anyone tried unplugging the TPS on a 06-07 KLX250s with MCM cam timing?
There is little information on the TPS in the first place, let alone if it would have any effect on the bike with modified cam timing. I haven't tried running the bike with it unplugged.... yet.

Typically, TPS is used by an ECM for ignition timing and fueling purposes.. Obviously, on an '06/'07 KLX250S, it could only be used for ignition timing by the CDI.. RayCour is likely one of the few peeps in the world that would know more..

RayCour put an ignitor on a test bench to test the TPS for the 06/07 and found that it did nothing. For whatever reason it is an incomplete system on the KLX probably due to cost reasons and why they removed it completely on the 09+ KLX.
