top speed with 13t front?
The reason being the bike cannot even come close to pulling redline in top gear with the stock gearing.
While it is fun to enhance the versatility of any bike, sometimes you can try and take a bike where it shouldn't go. I couldn't imagine needing over 70mph on tires this thin, a bike that light and relatively tall on the open road. You may be better off trying to make a KLR650 a light duty trail bike. But it is fun trying. I'd me more interested in low end torque without gearing changes, keeping gear ratios wider and shifting less.
