I did my taxes this sunday too. I'm getting back a good sum for the amount I earn working. Enough to do a big bore job for the KLX, but I'm going to spend it on stock pileing .44, 30-06, & 9mm bullets. Consider it a future investment policy. And what I have left is probably going back into savings for any other future investments, maybe a .45 to add to my collection.

.223 NATO and 45ACP are also good growth opportunities. .223 is in short supply in part because of the military demand right now, and also because of the current administration's stance on removing those evil "assault" rifles from civilian hands.

I've grown weary of trying to explain to the uninformed the true purpose of the second amendment to the Constitution of the United States. The right to keep and bear arms is necessary to protect citizens from.............. their government. Oh yeah, the founding fathers, having just fought against their own tyrannical government wanted to make it abundantly clear that citizens had the right to have the means to overthrow tyranny should it be necessary.

250 years later it's clear that they were prescient. Politicians are falling all over themselves in an attempt to make all of us dependent on "government" for personal protection. Sorry guys, no sale here.

OK, off the soapbox, didn't mean to jack this thread.

Tax refund? What, give me back some of the hard earned dollars I surrender to the Federal Treasury and I'm supposed to feel grateful? Bull****.

Hmm. Touchy subject. Gun control was the one BIG thing I didn't like about my boy Obama. It hasn't made me crazy enough to go stockpile a bunch of arms and ammunition like the world is going to end because a Democrat got into office (Sorry, guys, it isn't), but it does make me uneasy about the fact I haven't gotten a gun yet. Thankfully we've got plenty in the family

But yeah, I think after I pay bills and such, I'll only have money for some 1 1/8s handlebars. I'm thinkin' blue. Maybe gold?
