What do you guys recommend for suspension modifications on the 06-07 model (other than dialing in spring rates)? My forks already feel wimpy and I haven't had the bike off road yet.

 

Also - does the 06-07 shock spring cross reference to other models?

 

I'm wondering the same, I have a '14 and was wondering if the klx 300 shock and/or spring will work?? What's the difference between the white, blue or red shock springs? Are the older klx300/250 swingarm aluminum and will it bolt on to my '14??

Be careful on aftermarket rear springs. Many will "fit", but are straight diameter vs the stock beahive wind and the spring or adjuster can rub on the airbox boot.
