Studs Mounted, Pics * Vids inside...
Yep, I was very surprised at the traction. What you don't see is I found one patch of bare ground, and damn it would hook up and send the front in the air, but the vid came out too dark to do anything with...maybe tomorrow
hahaha, great vid. I see some good traction happening. Looked like fun.
edit: Does the 250 really bog down that bad thru the heavy snow?

I didn't change my sprockets so its still 14/42. I could pull 2nd if I had already gone through but in the virgin stuff once the rear tire started cutting it would bog down. I was in a hurry or would have put my old chain and 13 tooth on. I'm saving my new chain and 50 rear for the summer. I do have footage of riding in the deep stuff but you hear the bike and see a moving headlight, so I cut that out of the clip.
I still can't find a video clip, I must be getting old, because I can't see a link. Anyway Josh is that an owl box I see in one of the pics? We have two or three of them on our trail system.
Bat boxes....The link is in the post that says here's the video, the word LINK is the link.
But here it is too

very cool video,
looks like a lot of snow clings to the wheels though, how did your brakes work in the snow? Love the sparks too.

Brakes worked fine, no worse than running on a wet trail. The front tire would clean out whenever I'd do a wheelie up the yard, when it landed there was a snow shower.
