Good info. I saved your .pdf. I am in Alaska at sea level. 2012 klx250s lidless. FMF power core, cam sprocket mod. I might be too lean though.

Jetting:
DJ128 Main Jet
38 pilot (generic)
fs 2.0 turns
DJ Needle, Clip #3
DJ Slide Spring

 

Remember Guys ( or for you new guys) , you can't run a lidless airbox unless you also run one of the two lidless CVK setups.

A DJ carb kit will NOT fuel a KLX250S if the airbox cover is removed.

Determine if running a lidless airbox/CVK setup is for you by reading the links on my signature line..

 

My error. My air box just has the snorkel delete. Hey klxster, I don't see a signature line. Could you point me in the right direction for carb jets for my setup at sea level.

Use the setup you posted above but use the DJ132 main jet ( which came with the kit)..
