This is mostly for Klxster but couldn't figure out how to send you directly. I am picking up a CRF 450X on the weekend so will be selling my 2007 klx250S. It's been a great bike, but I spend all my time in the woods so don't use the dual purpose side of it. I'm taking off my Q4 and giving to my son for his klx. I've done your lidless carb changes, but can't remember the stock settings. I'm going to take right back to stock, with the lid, so can you please remind me the original set up including air screw turns and jets, etc

Just put back the K jet you took outta it.. Or the DJ120..

Reinstall the stock needle and stock slide spring.

I think you are still running the stock pilot jet - so reset to 2.5 turns out..

Done!

 

I'm running the #40. All my jets are mixed in with my DJ kit box. Not sure of the originals

 

IIRC, original pilot is #35 and main is Keihin 118.
