Default sticky throttle

my girlfriends 09 klx250sf has a sticky throttle when cutting handle bars all the way to the left. I have taken it apart. lubed it and the throttle tube and it hasen't changed anything. the cable itself feels very tight. looks like it could be a bit longer. has anyone experienced this?

Doesn't seem to be its only happening, when the handle bars are turned all the way left. feels like it binds up..

Might be able to change the routing of the cables to get a tiny bit more depending on current routing

I have similar problem with my '09. Only when at full lock to the left the RPM go up to 3k. I never noticed it before but my son is learning to ride and it dropped on its side and then it would not return at all. We removed grip and cleaned and reinstalled but now we detected the RPM increase at full left lock. Cable looks routed as good as it can be. I got bike back in '16 and never noticed this problem but likely never checked either. Anyone got pics of how it should route? Throttle springs back and moves freely and I have adjusters as loose as I can. Maybe PO did cable and was too short? It's all stock with original bars/grips. What cable did you order? OEM or aftermarket off Amazon?
