I'll work on straightening out the old one, but not a bad idea to have a backup plan.

I'd read your tips on other posts, but having you point directly to the one I need was very helpful.

Thanks

Front rotor was a bolt on, no drilling. It was a rear rotor I had to drill 2mm bigger diameter.

Petal cut rotors look cool, but hey, I'm not going to pay a bunch more to have one for the exact reason you now need a new one. The reason I picked up the extra one. Have fun once you get rolling again.

Got the Triumph out today and rode around the subdivisions. Felt good to be on a bike. It feels like a rocket ship after being on the KLX250

My used front brake rotor showed up today, so the plan will be to install it tomorrow and see if that cures the pulsating brake issue. Hoping I can straighten the original, but for 25 dollars this seemed like a good backup plan.

Thanks, Rad! I'm really pleased I could pick one up.

Sounds like you live a bit further out than I do and it sounds great. Land and mountain roads are I pretty short supply here...particularly the mountain part.
