Default shock adjustments

hey all,
anyone mess with the shock adjustments (front and rear) on the 09? I am 175lbs and wonder what the optimal settings would be.

any advice?

play around with your clickers. they should be on the top and bottom of the forks. and the same with the rear. I'd set the sag first, that was a major improvement in handeling for me. remember when you go to change the clickers, you should count how many clicks it takes untill there closed. Some times the factory settings arent even the same from one frork to the other. Righty tighty, Lefty loosey. lol

pie4foou, How correct you are I finally got a stand so I could Adjust the compression on the front forks. the manual says factory setting is 8 clicks from fully seated well one of mine was set 11 clicks from fully seated and the other was set at 12 clicks from fully seated. I do not know who Initially sets them factory or dealership. So people might want to check them just to be safe.
