It appears that something in the tire/wheel needs a closer inspection.
The damaged tube should be a guide on where to look-find the leak and check that spot on the wheel.

Thanks for the reply. So there should be no issue with using these tires with tubes in them on a 2009 klx250s you don't think? This is this shops third strike at it so im praying it holds but im also gonna be constantly worried and not riding far from my house for months thinking it's gonna happen again.

 

Those tires are designed for tubes, so that isn't an issue. Either something has punctured the tire and is still in the tire or perhaps the shop didn't inflate-deflate and then inflate the tube when they installed the tire and it pinching the tube somehow.

 

My 705s will be here Wednesday. Can’t wait to see how the handle the street.

 

Okay thanks. I get the bike back today with fixed tire. Hopefully it holds henna be super paranoid for a while that my back tires gonna blow for the third time.

 

you’ll love them, but loud but they stick after worn in

 

I got my 705s installed Yesterday. Took it out for a long ride today and I am very happy with them. Bike is super smooth and handles great on the street.
