Probably a mistake, IMO. Call them,a nd see if you can sort it out.
I saved a pile of money, an found them very easy to deal with.

Cut and paste the image address, then highlight and press image.
Or type [img] before and [/img] after the image address.

I tried that three different times in different ways. I have posted pictures on here before.
Sometimes they take with no problems but not this time.
