Is there a secret for getting these things to seat properly with the tube and tire? With my bike, I had no problems at all changing my tubes/tires. Although, there is a slight protrusion where the rim lock is on the tire where that portion of the tire kind of sticks out farther than the rest. Not sure if it's supposed to be like that.

Back on topic, I was changing my friends tire for him today and have never dealt with such a b***h of a tire. Stiffer than hell. Dry rotted on the inside where I was trying to grab a bit with the tire tool. Beads were damn near impossible to break. All in all, not fun and I pinched his tube and punctured it. Guess that's what I get for trying to help a friend out.
