Does anyone know if there is a disconnect on the rear turn signals? I looked along the wiring under the rear section and did not see anything.

There must be.

I know the disconnect for the rear number plate light and tail light is under the seat ontop of the rear guard. The indicator ones are probably there too.

 

There sure is, I took mine off when I put my Pelican case on so I could take the rack inside to work on attaching it. Take the seat off and follow the blinker wires from the blinkers back they are easy to find just wiggle them.
