Moto Pro did my F & R susp mods. I had some very specific needs but the bike had to work EVERYWHERE. Jon was really great. I thought his spring & damping choices where a bit extreme, but once I got used to the changes and up to speed I was really blown away with his choices. He is a very bright man. And nice. If you want to mod your susp, think about and write down your ideas and give him a call.

Another thought. When I installed the Moto Pro modified susp on my 250s the fork spring rate felt higher than I wanted. I finally realized that the forks were binding. I went to the Moto Pro web page and followed Jon's instructions for PROPERLY assembling the forks and wheel. Thank's Jon.
I don't care who's pieces are in or on your bike. I don't care if it's stock. These bikes are built and assembled in SECONDS! Not minutes or hours. This bike is VERY sensitive to little differences in set up. BUY a factory manual and a good torque wrench. You'll be amazed what this bike becomes when you do all the little things that the factory can't do and sell at these prices.

Thanks everybody for the great advice! I may go with the Moto Pro valving after all. Dunno yet; hope to have the money sometime in the next week. My springs are Moto Pro.

I'm tearing into my DR650 forks tomorrow if I can get a couple of things I need at Lowes. If all goes well, both should only take a couple of hours. That should leave me well prepared for the KLX forks.
