LOL nice *** over teakettle shot of the bike as it tumbled. Looks like another fun spot. Sand = crashes with softer landings.
Is that the HD GoPro cam? I have the old GoPro, but I see you can get the HD cam only for $179........tempting .

Dan - yes, it's the HD one. That was in 720p@60fps. I like that mode because you can chop the frame rate to .25 and it still looks nice.. It will do up to 1080p but my laptop doesn't display it well.. If you hook it right into an HD TV from the camera it looks fantastic.

Good times!

Good times!
+1 to good times. I was out all day riding with the local club working on, and then mile-ing, their upcoming enduro route. Some of it was insane.

Good info on the 720p 60fps. A buddy at work has the HD cam. I copied some 1080 footage, loaded it up on my desktop and it was too much data too fast for my computer. It would start and stop. I was able to watch it on my laptop ( newer computer, faster components ) That fact kind of scared me away from the HD. Seemed like it would be a pain to process or play the movies.
Thanks Dan
