Default Plug Reading After Jet Change

So if I'm seeing this right that looks like and OK mixture setting. Disregard the carbon on the threads, I tried running for a couple days with the hi flow snorkel and the 125 main and the bike DID NOT like it. The above photo was after running WOT for an 8th mile and hitting the kill switch and coasting home. The photo is kinda dark but my flash white washed it, the true color is like a white piece of paper with a dusting of chocolate milk mix on it...........IE light tan.

Jetting for the above was the 128 main, 35 pilot, and no airbox lid. I wasn't sure the stock 300 exhaust would flow enough to work with the 128, but it appears to. Now that I know I'm not flooding it I'm going to throw in the Iridium IX plug for kicks and see if there is any discernible difference in smoothness, etc etc like the package claims.

Just thought I'd share this lil tidbit........oh and I'm ~200 feet above sea level.

You have another pic of it? The shadows are killing me on the color.
