Plastic repair kits?
what exactly is a plastic repair kit?
Sanding might get that asphalt/tar out of the plastic... its under the rear fender right? I noticed that on my bike too... which i am begininng to forget what it looks like.... i didnt worry about it, i figured the underside of the fenders will get all beat up from road stuff so o well... i just try to keep the topside of the plastics lookin good....

AH... i see.... sanding would get the big scratches out, you have to do alot of sanding, start with rough, then work to fine... so it wouldnt look so bad... ooorrrr.... just put a sticker over top of it....

You can take a trick from the sportbike guys. The plastic on those bikes is very, very expensive. Just follow their lead.

Ok I finally finished getting all the leopard skin cut so it covers the KLX plastic. What should I use to glue it to the plastic?
