I had no problems with the front fender. Some others on here are using the same fender and had to make shims to get it to fit. One thing I did do was, on the stock fender there are metal washers that are pressed it the mounting holes. I took them out and put them in the new fender. With them in there the fender just touched the frame in the back(not hit just skimmed it) it probably would have been alright but I put a 1/4 stainless washer under the rear bolts which was about .050" thick. Problem solved but a .025" shim would have worked too.
I think the fender was $17 from Rocky mountain.

Just ordered up the front fender from dennis kirk. 25 bucks with shipping to my place in whitefish. Hopefully it doesnt have issues rubbing against the UNabiker rad guards.

Is this fender a little more stiff than the stocker? I find the stocker causes wobble with the wind.

It says it is designed to be stiffer. but I don't know for sure if it is or not.

If you are talking about the wobble you get at higher speeds, I doubt the fender is causing that. I say this because I still had the wobble after switching to the Acerbis Supermoto fender. All it takes to induce it is sharp steering inputs at higher speeds. It think it has more to do with the geometry of our bike.
