Nice bike. As others have said, you've maxed the mods. Except:
Take a look at the CYCLERACKS rear rack, then you could haul moose quarters!

I would only be able to haul one at a time and they are usually bigger then
me...

My Subframe reinforcement would be able to take the extra 150 pounds on the back though. The 5/8" steel rods are driven down to the main frame support members. They make the Subframe tubes essentially solid. I have hauled some heavy stuff through some rough terrain on the very back of the bike.

Moose hunting is better left to 4-wheelers (one of their only uses to me). =)

I do like that rear rack, I just have the Wolfman stuff which has served me well thus far.
