I wonder if there could be any issue with the oil pump being able to push oil through all the new passages efficiently/fast enough?

if they sell them for the bike here in Japan, you can bet they did their research before putting them on the market. A lot of guys mod their D-Trackers for supermoto and put those on, have not heard of any problems yet. Maybe Tremor has?

Hey WestOz and ddt. I was reading old threads and am wondering if either of you completed this oil cooler mod? Was also wondering where you placed the cooler in relation to the oil level when bike is off and leaning on the kickstand? If the cooler is above oil level would it drain into sump and possible cause a problem like the oil pump needs to fill the cooler before oil flows to the parts that need oiled, or too high of an oil level at startup would that possibly be bad? Or is the oil cooler setup so that it cant gravity drain or siphen empty?

Just wondering
Cheers, Jim

Still in spring over here and the winter was cool so the cooler is still in the bottom of the tool box. I'll get round to it before it heats up, although last WE the mercury hit 37oC (98oF ,Sepo speak!)
