Ive changed my own tires for ever,one thing that REALLY helps with tubes is to use lots of baby powder on the tube and inside the tire. Helps things slide around and find their home, mayby a little messy but it does work well, and smells good too !!!!!

We need one of these threads. It is a good idea. Not necessairly the fighting bit, but a random talk thread.
