LMFAO....that last humping pic reminded me of a time when I was younger and I drove by this yard and saw a saint bernard humping the crap out of a poor little boy about 6 years old...I nearly drove off the road I was laughing so hard..thought about helping the poor kid, but wasn't sure if the dog would bite or not..however he looked friendly enough.

Got ambitious today after work and decided it was time to install my 45-tooth rear sprocket, new chain and new TM2 rear tire. I used a plastic garbage can to set the rim/tire on to dismount the old tire..so far so good. BUT then trying to install the new tire got a bit tricky. The garbage can kept tipping and the tire/rim kept moving around too much, but finally managed to get it on, but it was a struggle all the way. I also had purchased a compressor for the garage and thought this would be an ideal time to set it up. So after getting the tire on, I turned my attention to setting up the compressor and the tools that came with. After assembling the compressor, I read where I was supposed to run it for a half-hour to break it in, so I fired it up and it was too loud in the garage so i went for a coffee, came back, let it cool down andput some air in the new tire...hisssss! F#CK, F#CK F#CK!!!!! I pinched the freakin tube putting the tire on and i was so looking forward to taking the bike for a spin to see how the new gearing felt, holiday week-end, I am working Sat and Sun, so I won't be able to get a new tube and finish the install until Monday...dammit, I wish I had a tire change stand..I think it just made the top of my wish list. Tomorrow i will see if a garage can put a patch on the tube, but I doubt it can be fixed. I pinched it near the stem and there are a couple of pinch marks through it...and the tube has a thicker spot at the base of the stem too and one of the holes goes right through there, so I think it's fubar.[:@]

couldn't get back on the net last nite after I posted so I couldn't check prices of tubes, but I believe they are about 20-30 bucks for the heavy duty tubes (and I will be getting them at some point)....friggin' interent provider must have been down..been doin **** like that a lot lately...good news though, got a garage to patch the tube today and it held..(gotta love the old guys that have had garages for 40 years!!)..and I didn't pinch it today putting it back in...wooo hooo.....HOWEVER......I did manage to cut my new chain too F#CKIN SHORT!!!!!...did you know that you can fit a new 110 link chain on and cut off 4 links (2 inner and 2 outer) and have it fit on the lowest adjustment setting when running 13/45 gearing....and if you pull reeaaalllly hard on the chain, you can measure 50mm (the minimum) for the chain slack?.......HOWEVER........you will not be able to remove your rear tire without removing the master link...BUT of course I didn't think of that until I was about to snug up the axle nut!!! Oh well...I used a naroow link of the new chain and the master link from my old one and the ball is now rolling forward again...too bad I was consuming some beers all the time I was working on the bike or I'd have to take it for a spin. I am sure there is some nicer weather ahead for that anyway.
