Well that sucks for you folks over on the big island. All those new rules will just make it harder for people to stay with the motorcycle. And no one really wants to take a riding course again after they passed it a year ago.

I'm currently a statistic number of 0. Been driving since I was 18yrs old, currently 23yrs. No accidents or tickets. I have beaten the odds. Its not the government mandate on rules that will bring death toll numbers down. Its the people that causes them.
