Ouch. Glad you got help!
Heal up quick. And do any and all of the crappy rehab to get strong again. Really. DAMHIK. Too many injuries to list, but the untreated/unrehabed ones are the only ones that bother me still. The rest are better or as good as new...so far.
And I was thinking you went riding in the sand somewhere when I read the title.
Oh he meant that Some Beach, duh...

Sorry I'm late to the show. I predict you will be riding by around the 25th of February....lol?

Sorry to hear your pain, just seen this on the re-bump.
Hope your recovering on schedule.
I can go up some bad looking stuff great, and then a little rock on a flat trail would tip me over, stay vigilant!

It's a done deal! Over for the most part except for a little discomfort now and then! Please ignor this and go to "Wheeee Hoooo" post! Back in the saddle again. Live for life and what you have passion for. Never intended for any of the feel sorry stuff okay, this stuff just happens and we hopefully learn and move and live on. What I've been through is nothing compared to our troops whether injured or not. Just my opinion!

Ouch..you really did a job on your ankle. I slipped on the ice last march and my fibula looks similar to yours even the same amount of screws. Hope you heal quickly and get back on the bike before too long.

Cool Ahh Come on!

Hey guys come on, this was posted back in September. I'm back on the machine. Go to the new post, "wheeee hooooo". This post was meant to just point out how easy we can screw up. The new "wheee hooo" post is meant to say we can heal and get back on that pony and do what we get off on! Just takes a little time and push. Never felt sorry for myself, just counted my blessings and good fortune that it wasn't worse.:
