Default NGK iridium sparkplug in 2006 and 2009 models

I was wondering if any of you has a iridium NGK sparkplugs. What do you think of it?

And if the sparkplug from 2006 and 2009 models are the same. Because on NGK website they only list iridium sparkplug for 2006 models.

Thanks once again

iridium / platinum plugs...

much longer plug life, more intense spark, more resistant to fouling, more expensive but not ridiculous expensive.

If the standard plug for a 2006 and 2009 is the same, the iridium will work.

They use the same plug, no problem. There's often a pretty good debate about whether precious metal plugs really offer an advantage over standard plugs in cleaner running 4-cycle engines like the KLX. I have one in my '06, but I get most of my parts at a good price, so, what the heck.

I'd recommend one to everybody. I got one last year. I immediately noticed it started easier / quicker. Nothing really on the performance side, just easier starts.
