I might just bring that to a welder. If you have someone you can work with it might be $20 in and out, done in 15 minutes.

I do know a welder but hadn't talked to him about it yet, did't think he would be able to weld it but I can ask him.

And yes that is the same part, if you look at picture number 5 on the listing it looks like that one had some issues on the same bolt housing as mine or it might just be dirty.
