I know some of the 09 plastics bolt on in different places than the 06-07's . The differernt frame part numbers may just be a matter of different mounting tabs welded to the same frame. In other words you could probably make the 300 stuff fit but it might take a little fabbing.
It sucks that they only made the 06-07 style for those 2 years. There will never be aftermarket stuff made for such a small demand. If they keep the 09 style for a few years you might see the aftermarket mfgs start making that style stuff.
