It looks so clean, my bike used to look like that, but it's broke in. It's been layed down on both sides alot. Have fun,

The bike will feel and track much more solidly in the soft stuff if you spring it for your weight. It'll track nicer and you'll have more control off road if it's sprung right. I wouldn't worry about revalving it unless you're going over lots of sharp bumps. Unless you're getting really aggressive off road, you won't notice the valving difference.

dumb question..but how much should the front and back be resprung for my weight? (208lbs) I ride mostly on road,but still hit some hard packed dirt trails....

There are a few spring sources. Go to their website or give them a call, find your bike, enter your weight, how you ride, etc and they will provide recommendations. I used Race Tech with fork rates of 0.46kg/mm and rear 6.0kg/mm. I'm at around 200# with an acerbis tank.

Im referring to the oem setup,how much to adjust it for my weight

If you're speaking of pre-load on the rear spring, I believe 90 to 100 mm of sag is recommended. What you'll find at your weight is that's a lot of compression on the spring, which I think reduces travel. Set the clickers how you like them, front and back.
