I have a fmf pc4 with the decibel killer installed. It is throaty and stays under 96db. I don't have a decibel meter but have heard the dg and the two brothers and it is definitely quieter. They sound "similar" at idle but when revved up there is a noticeable difference.

 

The thing I notcied with the dg versus other loud pipes, is it doesnt blare when you get on it, she BARKS! and barks with authority.

 

Any more info guys? Appreciate it.

 

Impressed with the powercore 4.
IMO I did need a quiet insert installed but other than that it sounds really well.
Less restrictive than stock I did a quick write up and vid before if that helps.

if you buy an exhaust I would steer clear of anything but the FMF mufflers personally. the other brands are all way too loud.

 

i have the PC4 as well huge power and throttle response improvement. its loud when you really rev it but with low rpms you can be pretty quiet. also cheaper then the Q4 even if you buy the quiet insert and still more power gain
