The exhaust and air intake are not to blame.

Carb might be

Will try the spark plug too soon

The mystery continues...

Just thinking out loud here, but have you checked the fuel lines?

Does this make sense, I think the throttle slide is not being pushed up by the needle. When I push on the throttle slide it goes up, but when pushing on the needle only there seems to be only the spring moving

The needle doesn't push the slide up, the diaphragm on top of the carb does. If you have the carb out you should be able to manually lift the slide, the needle will raise out of the main jet with the slide. While manually opening the slide you should hear the diaphragm pumping air. I'd remove the top cover and inspect the whole slide/diaphragm assembly.

Did that and everything was fine. Tomorrow morning I will try it out and hope for the best

Clean your jets before installing in the moto.

Update: took out the spark plug to find a crap ton of sand surrounding it. Cleaning now and will buy spark plug in the morning
