So leave only the header on?

The answer to my own question is yes, I read your reply too fast. Will try in about 2:30 hours ish

Yes, leave the header on. It's very unlikely there's any plugging there and I don't think you'd want to run without it.

Keep the camera running!

Camera was dead, no performance gain at all with the silencer off. Decrease in performance slightly and pissed off neighbors. On to the carb

Police were called I think, taking shelter in my garage. (I hate this area)

I'm sorry, but that makes me laugh. You need some more Harley's in the neighborhood it appears. One more variable out of the equation.

Pull, check and replace that plug. It's like 6 dollars.

Quick update, carb was spotless inside, however the diaphragm was folded in very slightly. Another hour AMD a half and I should be done

Go apologize to the neighbors with some sort of holiday cheer.
It'll be a win for you and all the rest of us riders that occasionally have to pull something like you did.
I've done the mufflerless test run with my EX-500. It sounded like a crazy automatic shotgun firing on steroids! Scared the crap outta people. Giggle, giggle, but I apologized none the less and they were always fine with their crazy moto-mechanic-rider neighbor after that.
Although I did often catch some under the breath Spanish comments, which they didn't think I understood...but they always smiled!
