My Rotopax Side Mount
#21
@ttakata73 - It seems like the tank mounted up front would interfere with riding. I guess it depends on where you sit or if you stand. I tried to match your photo but it would have been on my leg.
Since you have moved the coolant tank, could the tube mount there? What if you attached it to the back of the Rotopax tank? Or below it? The plate that I built could have a 90 degree bend at the back or bottom that the tube would connect to. My Photoshop skills lack. I am not sure on the size of the tube, so the set-up in the photo may not be practical.

Darn, I was afraid it might be too big up front.
I suppose it would risk hurting you or the mount if it was in front of the leg too during a crash.
I guess back and low is the best place for it to go.
Thanks for researching it.

the set up I built was not designed to with stand the banging and crashing of rough trails and back roads.
If you do a search you will find people on this forum that have cracked frames with the type of rack I built.
