Changes the turn ratio on the throttle tube to carby butterfly.
Butterfly on carby closed to fully open in about 100 degrees rotation.
Stock is, carby closed to fully open in about 300 degrees rotation.
I don't have one, but that is essentially what it does.
You move your wrist less to obtain full throttle.
You trade off some throttle sensitivity though, with less throw.
