I replaced the stock carb and throttle on my 07 the other day with a Bill Blue TM-33 carb and a Motion Pro Vortex throttle. I took some notes/pics. I've been trying to post these in one post for a couple of days without any luck, so we'll see how this goes.

Looking at these pics, it looks a bit different to my original set up.

What did you do with the carby heating hoses?

 

There are none in the states mate.

 

For people that did have the carby heater, and have upgraded to a pumper, what did you do with the water hoses that are connected to the carb?
Did you simply block them off as they are not required?
I suspect looking at the US version that there would be no problem in doing this.
Just slightly concerned that coolant may not get somewhere it is supposed to.
