2152 for your bike. It has a richer needle AND the lighter slide spring.

If you are calling DJ for the DJ146, it is prudent to add the washers to your order.

$60 gets you more than most as you might make use of the lighter spring as well as the needle.

We are only trying to fuel idle - 8500 rpm and are not too concerned with 8500 - 10500 rpm as your mod combo goes into "over rev" past 8500..

Using the lighter spring is "experimental" - and only after you've thoroughly tested the bike with the stock spring.

I installed the TM36-68 carb and KDX snorkel because I didn't like the noise of lidless everything else was stock. I did it hoping it would make a huge improvement in throttle response. It did help but wasn't a huge improvement. The best upgrade I did for throttle response was to upgrade to a new 350 engine. Along with that new engine came with an entire new bike, a 350EXCF KTM, talk about throttle response and power. lol

There is no replacement for displacement. A new 250EXCF... That's one way to do it. If I had the money and desire I'd do it too.

Got the kit installed couple weeks ago but finally got chance to take it for a ride yesterday. Big improvement in power. Especially low to mid. Front wheel will even come up in third with bit of clutch. Feels much healthy all through the rev range. Thanks again Klxster!!
