What color threadlocker did they use on those screws? Any grease fittings installed to help with mobility after age of 60?

I didn't ask about thread locker. Will do that next visit. Better be careful with excessive vibration until I find out, eh? 
3.5 more weeks until next visit. If we see good bone growth, then I can begin bearing weight. I'm guessing another 2 to 4 weeks after that before light riding.

Crazy. It's pretty neat what they can do now-a-days. Funny thing is that in 30 years (or less) this amazing kind of repair work will look like some kind of old fashioned torture.

Whew, Scott glad to hear you are doing okay. I just read through this thread and really had no idea what had happened but from the looks of it you broke you femur? What happened exactly?
Truncated story:
I can say I was blind-sided by a snowmobile while standing on the road getting ready to ride myself. Snapped femur. 30 minute chopper ride that I hardly remember. Surgery. Now I'm modified...and recovering okay so far.
