Hey guys, the RSV Pipe I have is quite noisy and I ride alot at night and there is a Law in Sri Lanka saying that you cant make too much noise after 10pm. And I ride after 10Pm too.. There are some people who have got quiet inserts made for their bikes but I dont want to just get a insert with a small hole made because I dont want to damage my Bike..

Can someone give me the details of how to make a quiet insert for my pipe?

All I want is to reduce the sound of my bike. And not loose too much power.

The bike in the pic is pretty flashy, but if you look at the bottom those are the inserts for the 2 brothers exhausts. For my wifes klx250 I used the one on the right - the P3. It worked very nicely to quiet down the incredibly loud straight through design M7 canister.

This might give you an idea as to what might work for you.
