Lowering my Bike???

Good point! Just beware that shaving a KLX seat will mean going from the plush comfort of a wooden 2x4 to something more similar to a steel c-channel!

soupys performance has adjustable ones so when you do want to raise the bike up latter you can with no problems

I lowered my rear 1 inch with a lowering kit, along with sliding the front down 1 inch to match
immediately felt the difference

seemed to handle the same, except for bottoming out a little more
but I just adjusted the spring for that
