Alright guys, I screwed up big time. Was cleaning the carb on my 2012 250s and realized I must have dropped the needle jet out somewhere and cannot find it.
I did some reading on the forum and apparently I’m not the only one that’s done this.
Its part number 16017-1439 jet-needle.
Everywhere I looked it’s currently out of stock except maybe one place I can get it for $55 usd.
Does anyone have any old cvk34’s laying around that might have this part?

 

You might want to buy one of the KLX300R needle and clip then look at the jetting D.Pippin has noted (he also included part numbers) Click here to go to his site. Look under the carb modifications to see what can be done to improve performance. Lots of good stuff for KLX riders.
