i didnt sand them at all.... i just cleaned them real good with laquer thinner... then sprayed them... FM... where the little holes are in the side panels, all the way towards the front, you boots rub right there....lol

As a spray painter by trade i cant stress how much u need to rub parts before painting them man
grey scotchy pad is enuff dont rub the **** out of it thos,or get 800 wet and dry and use it wet and give it a neat

I think i'm still going to paint the side plastics and the white light shroud. it will at least give me a look at what my bike with black plastics looks like. I'll probably order some this summer i guess.
