Thank you FlyingFinn, it stays stock for now.

Gold front suspension valves instead of a loud muffler. Less money better spent.

The mod that did the most in terms of getting the front wheel up was relocating my footpegs two inches back. I posted a lengthy description of the process a few months ago. Push knees down then extend arms while twisting throttle - up she comes, easy as pie. Gearing is 13/47 but it has a pretty tall Pirelli trials tire on the rear so it maybe like a 13/45 with a standard tire. But yours is the motard version right? So that's a different kettle of fish.

My exhaust system is an FSR header and a KLX300 muffler with the little end pipe replaced with a turned down tip. It's louder than stock but not too obnoxious I don't think.

Yes I have the motard. First seems too low and second seems too tall to pull up the front wheel. Is seems geared just right for the road

Its not like the RM250 I drove at all.

Start by ditching the CV carb and putting a TM36-68 in there and proper jetting.

If that don't do it for you with the "free mods" then BB can hook you up with some bore kits.
