Almost finished....for now.

few pics of the progress:

Tig welding the new seat support in.

Made a wire and battery tray out of aluminum.

New battery - Antigravity 4 cell. (even just replacing your stock battery with this one would be amazing. Its so light and compact)

Last pic is a mock up of where the center exit undertail muffler will be at, hopefully.

Just need to finish a few things until its ready to hit the streets again:
Exhaust
Running/brake light
front and rear blinkers
stock or supermoto style front fender
place to mount the plate (anyone have any suggestions?!?! kind of want it as hidden as possible, might do the exhaust first then work around it to mount the plate)

2010 two brothers,jet kit,rear fender mod,rear rack,wolf man tail and tank bags,rotopax under rear bag can carry 2 extra gallons,hand guards,bar risers.Got her one year ago with 1,300 miles.Now has 2,800.I paid $2,800.She runs great!

 

Looks like you've got a fun project going. I'm interestes in seeing the finished bike. Here's a pic of my license plate mount. I just took an L bracket and bolted it to an existing tab on the subframe. I used an LED tag light bolt to mount the plate to the bracket. Easy peasy...
