Well it has taken some time to finish but here is the new rear fender. I use the Maier MX and Baja Designs LED taillight/brakelight which is so much better than the Acerbis that only worked when it wanted to. New LED blinkers were added as well. I never used the rack so I won't miss it.
That compliments your pipe nicely.

That looks like it but I'm not sure why it says Yamaha-Honda. I used P/N 600709 from Baja Designs. It functions as a taillight, brakelight, and license plate light.

There were no resistors provided (other that what might be inherent to the blinkers themselves). Both front and rear blink at a faster rate than stock but I don't see any harm in that. Is there?

I have the same setup. The led taillight is actualy very bright. Nobrakes modded his light even further and put bigger led's in. For those interested, even with cutting the subframe the rear rack can also be used with this setup.

I'd love to see this setup with the rear rack!

Here's the deal. As 2k1w=no$ mentioned, the rack can be used with this setup. In my case however, I didn't really put the forethought into the mod that I should have. The result is a tottaly frankenstien'ein hacksaw job on the subframe in order to use the high loop piece from the subframe and havethe fenderflow with the lines ofthe rest of the bike. This mod done with a little more planning/fabrication skill would allow you to install the rack but I'm not sure how well the fender would flow? At any rate, I don't think it's an option for me given the method I used. I'm just saying plan your cuts better than I did.
