Knee Braces

Default Knee Braces

Hey Guys,
I have been looking for knee braces that will give me moderate protection from direct impact and twisting...

What do you all thing, are they worth it or not? Keeping in mind I dont race and am a weekend trail rider..

They don't look to have much impact protection. I've seen ones similar to this in Pharmacies and Walmarts in the states (for $15-30). I don't know where to look Down Under but you might want to look and a few stores first. Fitting is always a b!tch. I had knee surgery years ago and use something similar to that thing for years. They break down and I'd just buy another one.
For lite weekend stuff and impact (don't know about twisting, have them on order so I can give an update in a while) check out these;

(I ordered mine from Fox but there webstore is down now) I didn't realize that they were another $20 but compared to the soft brace I used to wear they look a lot sturdier.

LoL, the braces I listed are hinged and have some knee cap protection... I did have a look at Ballards and bikebiz.com.au they all dont seem to have the middle of the road brace I thing I need....if that makes any sense...

I tried convincing the Air Force they would save money from possible knee surgeries if they would just buy me CTi or Don Joy braces for my knees. They didn't buy off on it. Somehow my buddy got them to buy into it though.

i just ordered a set,EVS Vision.check out dme direct i think their the cheepest.
