klx 250s / size rider

EDIT: I just popped over at KLR World and they're back for Tour de Apalachicola III, Jan 18 - 21. I wonder if we should crash that? We could always ride our own rides. I wouldn't mind meeting Marty finally, if he'd be there which he probably would.

Ocala certainly is closer for the people from north of fla. Tally is one hell of a hike, even from when you make it to fla. Obviously its sandy, but is it real sugar sand or hardpacked? My only expierence in sand was at my brothers vaca home in live oak fla. I had stock tires, and it was ungodly difficult when you hit fluffy sand.
Thunderchild why would it really limit you if you don't have your shocks dialed in? Not calling you out just curious. All this suspension talk is making me want to actually get mine set to what it should be.
also how do you like that shift jacket, if thats you?

FM and brian, Patrick from Dirtbike TV moved back down to jacksonville, i think, so he is down there with both klx's, i can get a hold of him if ya want he grew up down there so he knows all the places to ride.... I dont think ill be able to make it to FL this year....
You know, if you guys put something together for January, I could get interested!! I'd have to give it some serious consideration, and get permission from Mom, but it does sound tempting!

Unfortunately, the only way that you know that your setup isn't right is to ride it after it is right.
