Direct bolt on. The tank and rad' shrouds are 'ala' KLX300R. Fit straight on.

And before anyone says it, keeping it in the back of the truck is not how I keep it clean....

although it don't hurt.

Hi deej thanks for the welcome. Looks like you keep your bike clean alright. Looks spotless to me. Over here in Scotland the biggest problem is the wet, we get our fair share of rain! So I've got copper grease on most bolts and grease on electric joints and only wash my bikes with a brush. And that's about all I do, any other tips welcome.

For that year it's prob' related to the 'D' 'E' series of KLX. Great bikes without all the extra crap you have to remove on the latest model.

Here's a shot of me with my 07 KLX250R and 'Neilcations' 06 KLX250R.

you guys ever come acroos a 1994 klx250R with the modern plastics on , they both look the same bar the rad shroud has extra bolt where it splits and old one just one piece , if any of you can put me on to someone be great , just to save the old plastics which are available from kwaka bar front muddy and headlight cover and don't want to have 2 colour plastics to restore it with
